It was in the presence of the Deputy Secretary General of ECCAS Marie Thérese Chantal Mfoula that the Minister of Transport and Logistics Justin Ndoundangoye closed the work of the 1st Forum on Hydromet of ECCAS which was held from 14 to 16 November 2018.

The work, which will take place from 14 to 16 November 2018, should lead to the establishment of a Periodic Action Plan for the modernization of hydro-meteorological services in the ECCAS Region through its member states.
